I ordered 2 products from meesho on 30 Dec 2022. since 31 Dec, I am not able to access my account and the error says: user verification failed. I have to return these products as the product return window is of 7 days and I am not happy with the product. Now the customer care executive says that my account has been closed due to non-fulfillment of terms and conditions. I am seeking a return at least for the pending transactions. But the company is not willing to provide me a return or refund.
