Text of Complaint by Neelkamal Biradar:

I had an active account on the online platform FunInExchange. On 09/05/2025, I placed a withdrawal request for ₹11,096. However, after 2 days, my account has been blocked without any explanation, and the withdrawal is still pending. I have contacted their customer support multiple times through their in-app chat/support portal, but they have not provided any valid reason for blocking my account or details about my pending funds.

I believe this is a case of unfair trade practice and intentional withholding of consumer funds. Despite repeated follow-ups, the company has not resolved the issue, responded adequately, or returned my money.

This incident has caused me mental stress and financial inconvenience. I am seeking immediate action to either restore access to my account or refund the ₹11,096 to my registered bank account.

I am also requesting appropriate compensation for the harassment and delay caused.
