I am Abdulrahaman Mustapha with the email :abdulrahamanmustapha14@gmail.com.
For the first time I deposited $90 in series, $45 twice, then I placed a bet which I won it to $130, and I initiated a withdrawal but was denied withdrawals, after contacting customer service, I was given 14days for a feedback, but my account got locked without a relevant reason!
I gave them my documents for verification, I gave the picture of the card I used on the platform for deposit but 1win blocked my account and took away my money which is not among the governing rule of the company!
I will like a review on my account so my money will be refunded, I have never made a withdrawal before!
