Hi,
My Flipkart account has been blocked without any prior notice and this is causing a lot of inconvenience. Moreover, there are certain items that were delivered just prior to the account getting blocked and as a result I am now unable to replace/return some of those. Request you to re-activate the account asap before the deadline for returning/replacing expires.
I ordered 4 pairs of shoes on 13th March and 3 of these were delivered on 18th March. I liked one of these but realized that I need a bigger size. When I tried flipkart app to request replacement for that shoe and to return the other 2 pairs, I realized my account had been blocked without any notice.
I lodged a complaint with customer care on 18th March and they mentioned that the issue will be resolved by 21st March. However, the account has still not been unblocked.
Also, I got a notification saying that the 4th pair was also delivered on 19th March however we did not receive any shipment from flipkart on that day. That pair of shoes has not been delivered till date.
I feel disappointed and cheated on so many fronts, especially after being a loyal Flipkart customer for so many years. I have reached out to customer care a number of times but that has not been of any help. This leaves me no option but to go on social media and try to get a logical response from flipkart (which I have not got so far). Trying my luck here for one last time.

2, Furiozz Zipper boots – delivered; want to return
3. Trase Rise -2 boots – delivered; want to return
4. Ziaula Long Light Weight – Not delivered (incorrectly shown as delivered)
