I purchased one product Veet hair removal from Flipkart for which the product was damaged and received refund also. But later on Flipkart executive called me for refund confirmation next day on my registered mobile number which is not in use and this thing I informed to Flipkart people before only. After that some other poeple accepted as that number not with us and asked to close the case as account not belong to him. And the next day i.e on Nov 10 got a direct mail from Flipkart support stating your account is blocked. Without calling how come they blocked and not dicuussed any thing related to that. And now aft r complaining they are neither giving my refund of Rs 342 in bank account nor blocking my account. Please help.
