Respected Sir/Madam
With due regards I want to put forward my request against Flipkart that they have blocked my account. I don’t know the real reasons but whenever I am trying to login with phone number and email it is showing unverified account. Every time I try to log in it shows unverified account with both my number and email id. I tried multiple times to contact through their help centre, again I need to first log in which I can’t. If they are such a big company they should give me a valid reasons and my fault. I will definitely try to rectify it rather I would be careful with their terms and policies. I am customer and doing this to a customer is not ethical.
