I would like to file a complaint against pinup regarding the sudden blocking of my account and withholding of my funds without proper justification.
At the time of the incident, my account balance was 7000INR. I had placed a bet of 1000INR which had a potential return of 6000INR. Shortly, after when I requested a withdrawl of my available balance, my account was blocked.
I received an email informing me that my account has been suspended . However, no clear or detailed reason was provided. When I contacted pinup support, I was told that block was due to “duplicate accounts”. I asked them for proof and they did not provide any. I strongly deny this allegation. I have nwver created more than one account.
I believe this action is unfair and has resukted in my legitimate funds being held without evidence. I am fully willing to coperate with any verification process required to proove that I do not own multiple account.
