I am filing this complaint against an online gaming platform for blocking my account and not crediting my withdrawal amount despite showing successful status.
My account has been blocked without providing any clear reason or prior notice. At the same time, I had placed a withdrawal request which is showing SUCCESSFUL in the app, but the amount has not been credited to my bank account.

After the withdrawal, my game balance became zero, which confirms that the amount was deducted. However, due to account blockage, I am unable to track or resolve this issue properly.
