My paytm account no. 919099893195 is getting blocked unnecessarily they mail me that we have received complaint from Shamli police ,UP,regarding fraud transaction against RRN 212511234495(inr 950/). Hence you will not be able to use on paytm. And this transaction belongs to Janesh s/o Jagram from whom i received money on phone pay in paytm payment bank. I already talk to Janesh he is having defence account in union bank and his account is neat and clean no such fraud done. And their is no link with Shamli police, Up. And paytm not provide me other information i mailed at [email protected] many time they don’t provide me about police report which station nothing. I have rs. 29357 balance in my paytm payment bank also 9000++ rs in paytm wallet and they harassed me unnecessary and block my money. I am already stuck with fund i need my hardly earned money. Now they send they open account when they get NOC on their mail from them. But where i have to contact which police I know their is no such case paytm payment bank harassed me so much. Please release my fund or refund my money please i am so much upset.
