Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform that i have been mentally harassed by flipkart from last 25 days.I ordered realme 8 mobile on 3rd October 2021 and still I haven’t received my mobile yet.
Firstly Flipkart extended delivery date from 8th October to 11th October and after that there was no updates what so ever from flipkart.
After continuously reaching out to flipkart customer care finally after 22 days they delivered me my parcel on 25th October and to my surprise I got different phone which i haven’t ordered.
This is really shameful that such a brand flipkart ia giving such poor service.
Again I am trying to return the item but my account is showing blocked.
Now i have no option other than to go to consumer forum.
So urgently provide me the solution and fix this problem or else i have to file a case regarding this fraud.
