Dear Sir/Madam,
Few days back, I have got new airtel broadband connection at my home. Which is a connection with 100 Mbps speed. But most of the time I am getting only speed around 1-10 Mbps. While the company has taken full money of 100 Mbps. Bad internet speed is affecting my work. I don’t even know whether my connection is fiber connection or copper connection. You are requested to kindly pay attention to my request. And get this problem resolved soon.
