I had saved some items to buy for my new year day whil doing the payment it didn’t ask me for upi code but the payment got directly debited from my face id to wrong merchant, instead of purchase what i need through website this payment went for other application which i didn’t know and needed. So i requested apple service to provide me a refund and they refused the refund due to multiple transaction. They didn’t provide any help so i contacted my bank manager regarding the issues he lodged a complaint and didn’t help us out. So please help us with this issue, i wanted my money back so that i complete my payment to right merchant..
