Hello Sir/Madam,
This is Ranganadh, I have purchased a iPhone in Flipkart online store, after I received the product, I observed that there is no adopter and headphones provided. I did return the product, but the Flipkart people are sayin that in the product description they mentioned as “no adopter and headphone provided”.
Then I checked in the portal, I realized they are displaying name of the product and providing accessories details differently differently for the same brand apple in the site.
Example: For one product : APPLE iPhone SE (Red, 128 GB)
For another product: Apple iPhone SE (Black, 256 GB) (Includes EarPods, Powe… like this.
My concern is if they display for my product also like how they are displaying for the products which they are providing accessories, I would have not buy this product. Because of their mistake I did a mistake.
Even I am requesting for take this mobile back and provide another product where its having both adopter and headphones and I am ready to pay the excess amount. But still they are not ready to do any favor. So I am filing this complaint for justice because without charger I can’t use my phone.
Please understand my concern and do needful.
