I have contacted everyone starting from your customer service to Branches and got no help so far. Tell me what to do now? It’s been years since I made a request to Kotak for my acc closure and the application was submitted to your Noida sector 18 branch. They assured it will be closed. Now a few days back, I got to know that my acc is not yet closed and there are penalties being applied in my acc. Also, yesterday I received a text that a new debit card is being sent. I am staying in Delhi for over 2 years now and can’t go back to your branches and keep requesting the same everyday. I need a final solution. Why the hell my acc is not being closed even after so long? Why are you guys sending me a new debit card while it has not been used for years? I have lost the old email and the new one is- abhiXXX99@gmail.com. Please don’t reply me on the original email address. Also, do call me on which is a registered mobile no. I am sick and tired of this Kotak bank system. The worst ever I have experienced. Please close my acc ASA or I will simply proceed legal now. I just hate this thing but that’s the only option I am left with.
