Big inconvenience due to non responsible work style of Mr. Sumit in Faridabad 121006 as he makes false and fake promises does not keep word. Does not care for customers. I am A. Bhardwaj my wife Ms. Kxxxxx from House No. xxxxxx sector 8 FARIDABAD had done COMPLAINT of LG 2 ton window ac on 14.4.2023 but till now not rrpaird. YOUR service engineer Rahul chaodhary spoiled 2..3 days and us kept waiting… then today he came after repeated requests, then Mr. Sumit area senior assured he will.pick up ac today and will send back tomorrow after gas filling… … but no use. I am fed up of the attitude and behaviours of LG service team. I will never recommdnd anyone to buy any product from LG… Very bad experience.
