I had purchased an Ac of bluestar.After 1st day of installation I lodge complaint to customer on nxt day of installation but technition rufuses to come and cancel the request by asking product is installed by third party.I asked to pay visiting charges and other any charges if applicable but neither company nor technician doing any job.i m helpless i everytime raise request to company and they revise the request and technician cancel it.plz help
