I purchased an Amazon Basics 1 ton AC, order number is – 404-6019764-454835 on 26 July 2021. My AC is not working for past 15 days. I have complained regarding the same, but no one resolve my complained . My AC is not working in this hot summer, i have to stay without AC. Despite repeated complaints, my issue remains unresloved. Is this service expected from a brand like AMAZON. I am highly dissatisfied by your service. Whenever i call, they tell me to wait for 2 more days… what kind of service is this. The gas in my AC needs to be filled., this small issue you are unable to solve… highly highlty disappointed.
