I have purchased two split Ac of 2 ton from Flipkart- of its own brand. However, because the Flipkart partner “Jeev maintenance” were taking many days to install, I got it installed from the company which has been serving and installing me ac’s since years. And on installation, one Ac compressor did not work. Flipkart and Jeev, both are not helping us out with replacement saying that the installation was done by a private firm.
