Dear team, m facing a lots of issues regarding repair of my repair of split air conditioner purchased from Flipkart. Hv paid required amount to Flipkart as extended warranty for the same split AC.

For the last 3 days m being harassed by Flipkart and Jeeves together for merely getting the same resolved. One side Flipkart saying call Jeeves , Jeeves saying Flipkart.

One person Amit visited told m not the service person and other team will come. Now to my surprise this new team stated your serial number not matching with our records and upon request them to give in writing he simply quoted this is online system and our company has been advised to tell clearly to customer to approach Flipkart

Now today Evening again called Flipkart he said this is responsibility of Jeeves and m lodging the complaint and escalating to seniors in Jeeves

My simple submission to get my problems resolved by tomorrow else hv to escalate to Kapil sood or Mr bhardwaj and Dr.Nipun as well.

Dear Mr. Shremanth M. Request urgent attention plz.How come wrong updation on record because of this for last 3 days Jeeves and team not ready to touch the same. In case of any adverse impact who will be responsible.
