I have ordered Voltas 1.2 ton from Flipkart on 25th march, 2022. Order I’d is OD124506930782270000 . After great struggle and multiple follow ups, AC installation person came on Saturday 09-Apr-2022 and during installation he found out that 3mtr copper pipe was missing which should be part of the package of outdoor unit. He said that part will cost me around 2850rs. I requested call back and finally customer care contacted me on Sunday 10-apr-2022 and said that they can’t refund that said amount and asked me to apply for return. I applied for return as directed by your customer care team only. But I see my return request was rejected. I am expecting either to accept the return or compensate me the said amount or provide the missing part to get the AC installation done
