Dear Sir, I lodged a complaint for my Voltas AC on 4th July and the servicer engineer came and informed us that there is a PCB failure problem that will take 4 to 7 days to rectify. He has taken his service amount. After four days I started to follow up on the part and asked them to come and resolve the issue. Some days they are not picking up the call and whenever the call is received they give another time for the next 4 or 7 days. They are not telling any timeline for the rectification of AC. This AC is installed in my office and I am facing too many problems in these hot days. My employees have started to make up stories that I don’t want the AC to get repaired. Please take strict action against the company if there is any provision to take action against this fraudulent behavior, and where can I file the case against these types of companies?
