We booked 2 tickets at Devi Multiplex screen 3, Kakinada for Morning Show(11.30A.M) at 04/09/2022 with 112rps for each ticket. The ACs are not working they provided Coolers but they are not sufficient and it is very suffocating. No person is available to contact and people who are at canteen are not giving any response. This was Not at all informed during the time of purchase of tickets. And amount for the ticket also not at all compromised. I believe they should have made proper arrangements or they shoud have stopped the show. Atleast they should have informed during the purchase of ticket. But any of the above are taken care. I am expecting a proper action against this situation.
