I am facing a problem of my ac nit getring in by remote . I have complained about it and they changed the remotebut still the problem exist. I complained again and the local vendor of Hitachi namely nematullaah has said that he will look after the matter just close the complain now with crn nunber. I told him my ac is in warranty and i want it to be done within that period. But he told me lie and said he will look after it even the warranty gets over. now when n am calling him he said he can’t do as warrnaty is over. I have been the sufferer here of this scam going on. Please Hitachi look into the matter .
