I had purchased a AC 1.2 ton 5 star LLoyd from Flipkart , delivery done at mentioned date ( 13th April). But my grievances is tha AC Installation man did not reached to my house on proper mentioned date provided by Flipkart. He was not lifting up the phone. Today he had come to my house said that you arrange 2 to 3 people for outside mounting and pay your own cost. This type fraud activities is being done through installation agent. So I beg to request you that kindly do the needful for further process. I am sending my bill as an attachment. Kindly solve my problem.
