I purchased a ac on 14th of march. Before purchasing it you have provided an installation slot for 15th of march timing 8am to 8pm.but the technician Mr. Randheer Kumar denied yesterday and promised to visit us today on 16th march by 9.30 am. We also have received a message from Flipkart regarding the ac installation in the morning today stating Mr. Randheer Kumar will visit us. But he denied today also saying his team leader has changed his location and he will not visit us also suggested to call us at Flipkart.
When i called the Flipkart, the time of resolution given by the executive is 20th march , also they disconnected my first call.
I want the ac to be installed by today first half or cancel my ac and return my amount
