I Purchased Croma AC online and before Installation I got call from Croma and they suggested me to Pay Rs. 250 as Installation Charge, So after installation I paid Rs. 250 to technician and After 10 Days again I got the call from Croma and they told me that Still your Installation Amount is pending that is 1499 + 18% GST, so total Amount is Rs 1770. I said I already paid 250 to technican now why asking for that amount, he said Your Actual Installation Amount was 1770, and he also updated me that the Amount (Rs. 250) you paid that is for Stand Fitment. After that I tried to call multiple times to Croma Customer Care, but No response from them, after that I also sent the mail to Customer Care including Grievance as well as Nodal Officer, but still No Response I continuously call Customer Care from Last 10 Days, but didn’t get any response… In some cases if they pick the call they said whatever the amount Technician is asking that Amount you have to pay… which is really hectic response…
