I ordered Cruise AC from Amazon and it got delivered on 23rd June and After that till now No Installation from the Cruise Company, I called many times to the Company but same response, Our Services are not available at that Location, we are trying to organize technician and finally they provided me technician Number after that I called and he told, I will come by evening, but he didn’t came after that I called him again but Not picking the call same I tried in the Morning as well but same thing happens after that I called Cruise Company and again they said the same that Technician is not picking the call you can wait till evening or tomorrow morning, I really get hectic by these kind of services and at last i called to Cruise company and said that take your AC back, but No response. Really frustrated Service, I never suggest anyone to purchase cruise brand AC, Major thing is that if they didn’t provided Services then how AC got delivered to that location…?
