I am writing this to raise concern regarding experience I recently had with Voltas customer support. I raised a complaint that my AC is not cooling properly after the technician has done complimentary AC service ( product is already under warranty).
Technician visited my place on 21st Apr’23 but he didn’t checked outdoor unit properly. As there was a leakage in condenser, he ordered a replacement. It’s already a month since I logged a complaint but every time there are unnecessary delays from service centre guys/heads. They keeps on delaying. Completely fed-up of following this from a month.
