I have taken extended warranty for AC.when i have put the complaint for AC repair, people came from Jeeves (your service partner)and said gas issue and would b solved next day .Next day your team leader Mr. Ganesh called and said my technician refused to come so v r sorry..no one will come for your AC..i need an explanation how and why your TM can talk like this to the customer..he was v rude too..i hope you as company will resolve the issue asap .
