20th Feb 2023 Purchased Ac through BEA Coimbatore. 18th April 2023 Ac stopped working. No cooling and the water started dripping inside the home. Contacted the customer care plenty of time no response. They either hung up the phone or keep on hold. They are literally harassing us when we call the customer care. No Proper technical team to resolve the issue raised by the customer. On Reaching the public form I could see more number of such issues on the same company AC. Now we are clueless to whom we reach for issues and concern when the customer care itself is harassing us.
