Hi Team,
I have purchased Hitachi AC 2 years back which was under warranty for 5 years. Now I have been waiting for replacement of compressor part for more than 20 days in such humid weather. I have reached out to all customer supports of Hitachi via mails,calls. The part was supposed to be delivered within 5 working days but even after so many follow ups, nothing is happening. We have been living without AC in such hot weather and frustrated with Hitachi support as they are not at all responding even after so many escalations. Please provide your support in resolve this as we are totally struck. Complaint number registered with Hitachi is 22070403288. PFA AC bill.
