Hello Team,
I have purchased this ac little over 3 years. I was working good until last month . Now I have called one employee from urban company to diagnose the issue and clearly it’s been diagnosed that the compressors had a blast with all the oil spreads in the condenser. So when I called Amstrad with the complaint about the same. They are denying help even though on the bill it says 10 years warranty on the inverter compressor. Now I have spoken with their higher management regarding the same. They sent a technician from the company and he demanded 500 for the service charge . I was okay with the same but this guy says 500 just to take photos and sending to the manager. And he won’t even repair the ac either sent it to the company for repair or replacement. I have been struggling to get the response from Amstrad but till today more than a month I haven’t got any resolution for the same.
