I have been using Carnival Cinemas Hajipur for the past 1 year. It is regret to inform that the services at Carnival Cinemas Hajipur is very pathetic. I ignored this kind of poor services of providing basic AC during the shows for a very long time now. Upon asking the staff about why AC’s are not working they would tell excuses such as :-
Excuse 1 :- The AC power button is being tipped off again and again. (Stated by Manager/ Supervisor today)
Excuse 2 :- The AC is onn but the fan is having issues therefore it is hot inside the hall. (General excuse always made by the checking staff/ security)
Excuse 3 :- There was power cut off (Electricity power supply was cut) and thus the AC was off during the show.
Excuse 4 – (By person in parking):- Company is facing huge losses and thus they cut off the AC in order to generate more profits!
They have fooled the customers for a very long time and the people also ignore since nobody has this much time to make proper complaints against these kind of experiences and they ignore. But this time, I have decided to invest some of time in this and to complain properly to the upper management and the entire team of Carnival Cinemas.
The staff always switch off AC’s during the show timings. The Air conditioning is only being used for the first half hour post movie starts and it is then switched off untill the last 15 – 20 minutes of the movie is remaining.
The manager/ supervisor is also absent during the morning shows, I complained three times during today’s show but the manager/ supervisor only came after 2:10 p.m. and it is very sad to experience such physically straining experience during the peak summer of April and the Air conditioning being switched off during the entire show.
The staff was also not disclosing the manager/ supervisor’s employee ID at first stating they don’t know the name of the manager or the Employee ID of the supervisor. But I waited for 10 – 15 minutes after the show got over to have a word with the manager. The name of the manager is RATNESH and his employee ID is 8155 working at Carnival Cinemas Hajipur. I had booked my show on 20 April, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. show for TU JHOOTI MAIN MAKKAR movie. I have also attached the screenshots for your reference.
I had been using this movie hall for last 1 year and mostly I book my tickets along with the biggest Combo of Pop corn and Cold drink available by the cinemas, this costs me around 450 – 500 or even more, if the movie is a 3d movie. You can cross verify by finding out about the online bookings and counter tickets being purchased by me. My details are as follows:-

Kindly revert on the strictest actions being taken against the manager / supervisor for this horrible experience for the last 1 year. Since, nobody has this much of time to spare on complaining again and again. I have attached the screenshot of all the tickets costing around 450 – 500 each for the past 1 year and I would like to know the steps being taken over this because I am not going to remain shut now! Kindly take strictest action over the manager/ supervisor or else I would be forced to move towards higher grievance redressal mechanism such as consumer courts.
