I had taken a loan from cashbee which is available on OKcash app. The app isn’t available on app store but is available to download on browser. The repayment amount was 7000 and the repayment date was today. A recovery agent, a girl who has a South Indian accent, starts harassing since morning. So desperate for money must say. A little late in the payment as I was travelling, and had to use an android phone to download their app as I have switched to iphone now and their app can’t be downloaded in iPhone due to security issues. Obviously IOS won’t allow them. Anyways, this girl just starts abusing. Using words like saal kutti Randi kiske saath soti hai. I can’t even talk more than this. I don’t understand who gives them the right. Out of distress people end up using these apps and this is what they get. Anyways I had made the payment that very time cos I dint want to listen to this illiterate girl again. But this is kot acceptable.they hack the contact list and start harassing people in the contact list when the payment isn’t made. I had taken some short loans from these apps due to covid cos I had lost my job and needed some cash for short term expenses. I have landed a job finally and will completely stop using them the day I get my first salary but I pity people who aren’t able to pay at all for some days
