Hi,
This is against abusive money collectors from your bank. I personally don’t believe that abusing the relatives of the defaulters can do any good in recovering the debt from him/her.
Instead, it spoils your reputation as a bank. I am also a customer of your life insurance policy but will cancel it immediately after the phone call i just received.
