This is to inform you that I Yogesh Kumar, resident of 16/1 Hans enclave near Rajiv Chowk Gurgaon, is holding a personal loan of L&T Finance Loan number C022061401010213, I would like to bring to your knowledge that the L&T Bank collection team has been duly informed about my financial situation, the reasons as to why the payments are delayed at my end. However, Their agents are not amenable to my submissions and are persistently calling me and my wife at odd hours and are being abusive on such calls. They are paying visits to my house without any prior information and harassing me and my family with such actions. It is pertinent to note here that none of the agents arrive with any kind of identification cards or a proper authorization letter from the bank.

Kuldeep Kumar (8006132969) from the collection agency was threatening my wife on the phone that they will come to my home and will call my relatives and used harsh and abusive language. He shouted on the phone with my wife and used harsh & abusive words.

He used “Behn chod dunga, Gaand maar lunga, Tel lgane jao, Bheek Mang lo”
He also hacked our cell phones. clear words in recording

This is a pure case of creditor harassment and it causes immense inconvenience to me and my family.

I request you to look into the matter and take immediate steps to stop this creditor harassment activity.

Note :- The agents visited multiple times to my native and my other cousins houses and misbehaved with them and also they use abusive words and bad languages…parents feeling mentally tortured and stressed as well.

I already email to customer care so many times, but they are not listening to us properly.
