I took rapido rickshaw ride from Malad to kandivali driver saw me waiting i waived him to stop but he went ahead & stopped i called him & told him to take u turn he said i’m waiting here come & he cant take u turn so i crossed the road he started the waiting charge by then which I was penalised i told him to take through Malad subway my place he said i won’t he said i should keep quiet or he will slap me & started abusing & said if I say another word he will cancel the ride & leave me in the middle of the road i went home & told customer service about this also spoke to the supervisor he said can’t do anything much we will suspend him for 24hrs that’s it as a compensation they can’t provide the ride fare , instead i was been told to call police next time this or anything worse happens , the supervisor vaisikh Mathew was getting irritated while talking to me & also raised his voice at me , I’m shocked !
