Regarding the Ekart nearest hub for PATTABIRAM CHENNAI THIRUVALLUR chennai thiruvallur
First, it was an open box MOBILE phone delivery which the delivery person GOMATHI VIVEK refused and forcing and abusing me to give the OTP before i can verify.
On Wednesday 29/06/22, 6pm.i received the call from a delivery person DEEPA who was supposed to delivery the product, saying that she cannot come and has given the product to Gomathi, she asked for my PERSONAL NUMBER and i didn’t get any call regarding my delivery from Gomathi and when tried to call her, she was not picking or answering my call.
Finally after reaching home at 8pm, Gomathi was arguing with me she need to go early so give the OTP before the product verification. She started to mock me and saying that I must buy offline. She threw the box and went.
Second, i later ordered a screengaurd which reached the nearest hub on Sunday morning, but it was kept there for more than two days and I have to cancel it.
Third,i ordered a earphone which came out for delivery on Monday for the time slot 6 to 10 pm(ridiculous) and it was not delivered. Still there is no update on that .
