The PureIT Water purifier visiting engineer Mr. Hadi misbehaved and threatened family on being enquired on the service quality queries. Told that he can get 10 other people to my house on a single call. I was shocked to see the unprofessional and intimidating behaviour of the staff deployed for service.
I had registered my complaint on the helpline but have not received any response even after 2 months from the complaint date.
Kindly have this complaint looked into
