I have taken a payday loan from Rupee112(https://www.rupee112.com). I paid few loans that were availed and this month the payment was delayed due to unforeseen personal challenges. I informed the collection team member even before the due date that the payment will be delayed, yet the person was very persuasive and rude mentioning “I don’t know, you have to clear” and eventually they sent many threatening messages on WhatsApp and even called my company HR by accessing my phone contacts without my consent that is completely privacy concern for me. They were using profane language on WhatsApp calls to avoid phone call recording because on couple of phone calls when they were rude and used bad words, I recorded that conversation. I understand I agreed to the 1% daily interest of the loan amount but this kind of agony is not acceptable. They have no right to illtreat me not following RBI governed rules and the RBI defined fair practices. Please look into this issue. All these mental torture for 10 days delay from the due date and the unfair practices started just a day before due date.
