My RBL credit card was due as loss of income. I agreed for settlement at 30k . Agent told me to pay 10k and will later send letter for remaining 20k. I paid 10k but received no letter for settlement. I raised complaint wth RBL but no help. Now collection agencies are calling me and abusing me like kukktay k bache etc. I was ready to pay but they are now asking double the settlement amount agreed in first place
