took a loan of rs 25000 from navi. In starting i pay regular emi’s after 3 months i lost my health & job and then i missed emi’s so they will charge bounce and penalty charges on my emi but after some time they called my friend family and another persons for emi and also my father for emi and talked rudly. & Abusing on phone And then they came home and talk like dogs front of my neighbours and then they add late fees that they will added 4000 per month this money was more than from my monthly emi please help me for late fees charges i cant pay this money.
