Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to report serious misconduct, harassment, and the inappropriate use of my personal data by Goodskill Securities And Services Ltd (operating under the name Loanpey) regarding collection practices for my account.
Despite my continuous attempts to contact their designated agents to resolve the matter, staff associated with Loanpey have unlawfully contacted my family and relatives, subjecting them to verbal abuse. Furthermore, an individual identifying himself as Manish (contact no. 8130057453) has specifically threatened me with kidnapping, and a female caller identifying herself as Ekta/Prachi (contact no. 9870160095) has also been involved in these aggressive activities.
This aggressive behavior constitutes severe abuse, harassment, and an unacceptable violation of my privacy through the inappropriate use of my personal data, which violates established guidelines and legal standards.
I urgently request immediate intervention and action to stop these illegal collection activities and ensure my personal data is no longer misused. I have also uploaded screenshots of their threatening messages as evidence.
Please inform me of the specific steps that will be taken to address this serious matter promptly and ensure the safety and privacy of my family and myself.
