My cable tv operator Mr Malik from Edathala, Aluva is not receiving my monthly charges through direct so i asked him to share account details but he and one of his lady staff who is sitting in his office told me to pay the monthly charges direct in his office and they making fun on my family by disrespecting words.i told them many times that we have a 45 days baby girl in our home so we are not going anywhere outside because of nowadays new epidemic covid19 but then also they are not willing to collect my charge and from last one month they disconnected my cable network.So please take my complaint seriously and do appropriate needs.
