On 25.08.2022, received a call from TataPlay (+911409303913), caller abused me even after I told him that call was being recorded but he did not stop.
I informed the same to TataPlay through call and chat but nobody did anything.
Surprisingly, after some time I received another call from 8527183560, caller was threatening me for calling TataPlay customer service.
Since 25th Aug, I am on keep calling, chatting, mailing & posting on Twitter but no reply still. Only one call I received from Tata on 26.08.2022, & Tata representative told they don’t have any system to track call records of TataPlay customer care. Initially my tweets were replied as matter is escalated, I was asked not to disclose my identity and it should not happen but now my tweets are also stopped being replied, it seems as Tata Play is helpless or it does not want to help me in this regard.
In the night of 27th Aug & 28th Aug’22, I called to Tata Play and after approx. 45 minutes my call got connected to a representative and she replied me that my mails will be replied by 31st Aug but still no reply.
From that day till today I am afraid a lot since Tata Play representative not only called me from a personal number but Tata Play is also not taking it seriously,
The representative of Tata Play has my contact number & home address which may lead to harm my life, side by side my family members also.
So therefore, it is requested to kindly look into the matter to provide me legal remedy.
