I traveled with Zingbus yesterday from Bangalore to Hyderabad, and I had an absolutely horrible experience. My pickup was scheduled for 8:10 PM, but at around 8:00 PM, we received a message saying there would be a 60-minute delay due to traffic. the bus arrived at 9:50 PM — that’s almost a 2-hour delay, with no updates or apologies in between. I was left standing around with no clear communication from staff. And also on pickup point there was no space to sit. Passengers were forced to stand. The bus was delayed by 2 hrs. In the middle of the night around 3:30 AM, the bus stopped.After a while, they claimed that the bus had broken down and that we had to shift to another vehicle. It felt like they were making excuses for poor management or fatigue. The expected drop time was 5:45 AM, and I chose this bus specifically because I had important work at 8:00 AM. Instead, I was dropped off at 9:30 AM, nearly 4 hours late, which caused me to miss critical commitments.This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. If Zingbus can’t maintain basic service standards but bus fares are high. I will never travel with Zingbus again and strongly advise others to think twice before booking with them. If you can’t manage properly, it’s better to shut down
