– Had an airtel outage on 15th Nov which was never communicated, was left w/out service.
– Called Customer Care & these guys don’t know how to handle queries.
– They asked me to write to 121@in.airtel.com; which I have been doing for over 3 weeks.
– My a/c was stopped without any intimation.
– Retention team called somewhere on 24/ Nov & we agreed on few things, however, since then there’s no turnaround.
