After some 20 odd msgs to the entire team of airtel to call me up to resolve a matter of urgent importance they have acted in the most shameless n arrogant manner by not responding to any of the msgs to the extent that I had to finally tweet directly to sunil mittal as the last resort n the most astounding part is that even then there’s been no call, no response. What would you call that. This needs to actually go to the highest authority n reported, such sheer shamelessness on their part to treat your clients in such a manner, so very ashamed they should be.
