WE have been facing issue with Net from 6th Morning. We have recharged again wrongly assuming that prepaid amount is over. Even then it has never worked till yesterday evening around 7 PM and it worked for 3 hours and again got disconnected. During this period and even after that I have complained numerous times for which they say cooly that our engineer will visit whereas NO one would visit, and NOTHING is rectified. Please do the needful to fine JIO for poor service so that it won’t repeat to others again.
