Abruptly cancelling life
time plane.
I am Airtel customer since last 5 years, but you are unilaterally, suddenly and abruptly cancelling life time validity even though I am having balance of Rs.54/- in my life time plan. This is totally unethical and unacceptable. Therefore, I request to continue my Life time plan as per original plan.
